This coffee comes from the beating heart of Kenya’s Nyeri region. One of the oldest towns in Kenya having been established in the British colonial era. The town was the central administrative headquarters of the country’s former Central Province. The acidic soil in highlands of Nyeri, great sunlight and rainfall provide excellent conditions for growing coffee plants. Coffee from Nyeri is well known for its intense flavour, full body, and pleasant aroma with notes of cocoa and blackcurrant.
